This letter provides a reference for Mr. Gary Ball, whose company power-washed and opaque-stained the exterior of our house this past summer.
Mr. Ball was recommended to us by Reiner White, a general building contractor based in Southfield. From even before our first meeting, Mr. Ball was a pleasure to deal with. He promptly set up a meeting to view our home, which was desperately in need of power-washing and re-staining. Because it is a log cabin, and one which had been somewhat neglected by the prior owner, it posed some unique challenges to restore the exterior to a clean and "natural" appearance. Mr. Ball decided to do research into the best ways to approach this project, and quickly returned with recommendations.
He was especially helpful and patient when we were choosing colors, giving good advice while also being sensitive to our own preferences. The job itself came out superbly. There was virtually NO punchlist of smudges or other concerns. In short, the job was just about perfect the first time around. I certainly look forward to other projects over the coming years with Gary Ball.
